We have services such as Sports Therapy, Massage Therapy, Fitness Classes, Personal Training, Group Training and Sports club pre-season and mid season training as well as pitch side Physical Therapy for sport clubs. We have hosted World renowned international lecturer James Waslaski seminars on chronic pain management since 2005 and Garry Nimmo with his seminar on AIS Stretching “The Mattes Method”.
