Every summer we have multiple blocks of 4 week summer beach training. The training is typically on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 7am. Our next dates are planned for May 10th – June 4th 2021 pending government guidelines, sign up today!

ABOUT BEACH TRAINING

Sessions will combine circuit workouts with running based drills. Equipment may vary week to week. Each individual works at their own fitness levels to challenge themselves. Beach training is lots of fun, challenging and inspirational, get outdoors and be active. Be prepared to get dirty, wear gloves if you want to protect your hands. Bring bottle of water, towel and sun cream.
